☆ nonverbal 非言語の
============================
As I mentioned yesterday the second type of communication is non-verbal communication. I’m sure that you can think of lots of examples of non-verbal communication. The most common ones are:
shaking hands
patting someone on the back
hugging
facial expressions such as a smile, a wink
gestures such as a wave or an “OK” sign
eye contact
Nonverbal communication can add meaning to your verbal message, it can repeat the message you are saying or it can contradict what you are saying. This is why we often say that “what you say” may not matter, but “the way you say it” matters a lot. Remember to always be aware of your own and of others’ nonverbal communication!
Bye,
Chris
