☆ verbal 口頭の
============================
We can split communication into two types – verbal and nonverbal. Verbal communication is anything that is expressed in speech rather than in writing or action. For example, in business it is common to have a written agreement or contract, but sometimes people only have a “verbal agreement.”
It is important to have good verbal communication skills in order to convey your message clearly and concisely. It might sound strange but a good way to improve your verbal communication skills is by reading and writing! Written communication usually uses a broader vocabulary and goes into more depth. If you spend time reading and writing English you will develop skills, including a broader vocabulary and better grammar, which are useful in verbal communication.
