Someone’s disposition is the way that they tend to behave or feel. It is their character. Have you ever heard of this word? Often it is used when describing a happy person, we might say, “She has a sunny disposition.” Here are some other examples:
If you have a nervous disposition, you will not enjoy the rides at this theme park.
He travelled a lot and had an adventurous disposition.
He loved her cheerful disposition.
She had a sweet disposition except when she was overtired!
How would you describe your disposition? Sunny? Pleasant? Moody? Cheerful? Angry? Do you think your friends and family would describe your disposition in the same way?
