============================

Do you know this word? It is often used in formal situations
for example, where children are neglected by parents and the
police are called in to help. However it can be used in less
dire situations such as “my husband neglected to water
my plants while I was away on business.”

You can also neglect things like a business, or a building. Or
even homework!! Here are some examples:

His business is not succeeding because he neglected to follow up
with customers.
That old building is a church that has been neglected and is now
collapsing.
Children tend to neglect their homework.

Bye,
Chris

“My husband neglected to water my plants while I was away on business. ”

His business is not succeeding because he neglected to follow up with customers.

That old building is a church that has been neglected and is now collapsing.

Children tend to neglect their homework.
