When you describe someone as a passive person, it means that
you think they do not take action, but instead let things happen
to them. For example, “his passive attitude made it easy for me to
make changes!”

We also talk about passive activities. These are things that involve
watching, looking at or listening rather than doing. For example,
watching TV, looking at art, listening to music. These are passive
activities which people often enjoy.

“Passive”な人とは、自分からアクションを起こすのではなく、ものごとが自然と起こるような人を指します。
例：
“His passive attitude made it easy for me to make changes! ”
(彼の受け身の姿勢のせいで、私は変化を起こしやすかった)

また、受け身的な(消極的な)活動とも言います。
行動を起こすよりも、じっと見て、聞くとう活動もあります。
例えば、テレビを見たり、絵画を観たり、音楽を聞いたりということです。
これらは、よくみんなが楽しむ受動的なことですね。
