Looking at this translation, I’m sure you know a
different word that it could be translated as, right? Most
often, “満足” is translated as “satisfaction”, right? However,
when we have a feeling of “pleasure” it is often similar to
the feeling of satisfaction. Since you might not have heard
the word “pleasure” used in this way here are some examples:

Watching soccer gave him great pleasure.
I take pleasure in dining out with friends.
She got a lot of pleasure volunteering on the weekends.
