☆ hurt　気持ちを傷つける

Often what people say, can hurt us more than if they actually
hit us, right? So we have to make sure we are emotionally
strong and not let those words hurt us, right? Children
in western culture learn this saying:

“Sticks and stones may break my bones,
But words will never hurt me.”

In other words, don’t let a bully hurt you with words… Is there
a similar phrase in Japanese?

言葉は時に、実際に殴られるよりも傷つくことがありませんか？
言葉で傷つけられないように、気持ちを強く持っていなければなりませんね。
欧米のこどもは下記のことわざを学びます。

Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me.
(棒や石で打たれれば骨が折れてしまうけれど、言葉で私を傷つけることはできない)

つまり、言葉でハートを傷つけられるなということです。
日本にもこのようなフレーズがありますか？
