☆ declare　宣言する

An American friend of mine who used to live in Japan, has her
own company and her catch line is that she wants to help you
“declare dominion over your beautiful life.” Her goal is to help
you create a clear and organized space in your home and then
you are ready to create beauty in your house and life.

However the first step to doing this is to “declare dominion”
in other words you need to declare or announce that you are in
control (have dominion) over everything in your life… that might
be the hard part, right?! Often it feels like we don’t have control
over our lives. But declaring that we are responsible and have
dominion over our lives can help make them beautiful.

以前日本にいたアメリカ人の友人は自分の会社を所有しているのですが、そのキャッチコピーが“自分の美しい人生を支配する宣言”のお手伝いをします、というものでした。
家の中にきれいで整った空間を作り、家や生活を美しく創っていくというのが彼女のゴールです。

最初のステップは宣言をすることです。
つまり、自分の人生の全てを支配し、コントロールするという宣言です。
もしかしたら、これが一番難しいかもしれませんね！
自分の人生をコントロールすることなど、普通は考えません。
しかし責任を負うべきこと、自分の人生を自分で支配することを宣言することで人生を美しくしていけるのです。
