☆ early 初期の

============================

You may already know this word, with the meaning similar to “fast”.
Such as “he woke up early every day, even on weekends.” However
today’s meaning is a little different. It is used to describe the beginning
stage or period of something. Here are some examples:

Did you know that in the early stages of pregnancy it’s important to
avoid cats?
I really enjoyed the early Star Wars films, not the more recent ones.
It’s early days yet, we won’t know the result until later.
In my early days, I enjoyed playing all kinds of sports.

Can you use this word in a sentence?

See you,
Chris
