This month’s topic is “Choose to be happy”, and I found
a lovely quote that reminded me of why it is important to
use your energy to choose happiness rather than unhappiness:

“We either make ourselves miserable or we make ourselves happy.
The amount of work is the same.” Carlos Castaneda

What do you think? Do you agree? Actually I think it is even harder
work to make ourselves miserable, but unfortunately I sometimes
do it even though I know it would be easier to make myself happy!
