Often in Japanese, meaning is conveyed without any words
being spoken, right? This happens in English sometimes, too.
In this case, usually the facial expression or gestures give the
meaning of what the person wants to say.

We call this a “meaningful look”. For example:
He gave her a meaningful look.
They exchanged a quick, meaningful look.

This word can be used a lot for talking about finding balance in
your life too. For example:

meaningful work
meaningful relationships
meaningful success
meaningful learning

All of these are important for life balance, right?
