This is a great word for describing wines, and in particular
white wines. It can also be used to describe non-food things too,
such as the air and even money. Here are some examples:

This next wine is a wonderful crisp Chardonnay from Chile.
I love the crisp morning air in autumn.
This crisp bill feels great!
I love sleeping in crisp, clean sheets.

And another cultural difference, when used as a noun, in England a
“crisp” is the American “potato chip”!
