“Tasty” is usually used to describe food that has a strong and pleasant
flavor that makes it good to eat. Here are some examples:

I thought the food was very tasty.
You should try cooking this tasty dish for dinner.
There’s a lot of tasty dishes on the menu.

By the way, in England　(and sometimes the US) someone who is “tasty”
(very informal) is someone that you find attractive! It is mostly used to describe
women (by men) but women can use it to describe men, too. For example,

Colin Firth is very tasty! 🙂

「Tasty」という単語は味が強くておいしい、食欲をそそるような食べ物を説明するときに使います。

ところで、イギリスで（アメリカ人はそれほど使わない）「誰かさんは“tasty”」（とてもインフォーマル）と言えば、その誰かさんのことを魅力的だと思う、という意味です。
だいたい（男性が）女性のことを表現しますが、女性が男性の表現に使ってもいいですよ。
