This is a useful word for telling people
about your plans. You can use it to say that
you are too busy to do something. Here are some
example sentences:
Sorry, I have a schedule conflict.
Sorry, I have a very tight schedule this week.

And you don’t need to use the word “schedule”
each time, either. Here are some examples:
Sorry, I’m booked up.
Sorry, I’m busy.
And of course, you can use it to to tell someone
that the schedule is OK for you.
Great, that schedule works for me.

忙しすぎて何かができない、と表現する事が出来ます。

例文：

Sorry, I have a schedule conflict.
すみません、予定が重なっています。

Sorry, I have a very tight schedule this week.　
ごめんなさい、今週は予定がぎっしりと詰まっています。

また「schedule （予定）」という単語を毎回使う必要も無いですよ。

例えばこんな文です：
