If you flush a part of your body, you clean it or make it healthier by using a large amount of liquid to get rid of dirt or harmful substances. It is very similar in meaning to our word, “cleanse” from the other day.

Here are some sentence examples for you:

Flush your eye with clean cold water for at least 5 minutes.
Drinking a lot of water is an ideal way to flush the kidneys out.
Try increasing your daily fiber as this is a good way to flush out the body quickly.
Massage can be a great way to flush toxins from your lymph areas.
