You might not be interested in cleansing your body to the extent that you would go on a fast and not eat for a few days. However, reducing certain foods and substances (rather than completely eliminating them) can also be beneficial to the body. Reducing foods and drinks that have a negative effect on your body can help you build a better body from the inside.

Just like the quote for this week, but Robert Ulrich:

A healthy outside starts from the inside.
