If something is flexible, then it is able to change easily, and adapt to different conditions and circumstances easily, whenever they occur. So, your job might be flexible if you are able to take time off easily, if something happens that means you can’t work.

What is important to you in a job or career? Do you want flexible working hours? Is it possible to find a job in Japan that pays well but is also flexible? For many people, this would be the ideal job, right? Having enough time and money to do the things you want to do with your life, by having a job that supports that lifestyle. What do you think, is that possible in Japan? What sort of jobs do you think pay well and are highly flexible (and not too stressful!!)?
