Events that happens regularly have an equal amount of time between when they happen each time. This is a common word for talking about exercise. For example, “My doctor said I should exercise regularly.” Or, “I’d like to go to the gym more regularly, but I’m always busy.”
You can also use this for other hobbies that you often. For example, “I write poetry regularly.” Or “I like taking photos and regularly post my photographs on Instagram.” Or, “After his injury, he wasn’t able to play tennis as regularly as he wanted to.”
