☆ adjust 適応する
============================
We’re almost halfway into March, and almost at the new school and work year for Japan, right? Did you set goals back in January? If you did, now might be a good time to look at them and see if you’re on track. If not, how can you adjust them to suit your current situation?
For example, maybe you set a goal for English of learning 10 new words each day, after two months of study, you might have found that it is hard to learn 10 words each day, so you might want to adjust it to 5 a day, or even 10 a week instead of 10 a day.
What else can you adjust to help you keep on track with your goals rather than give up on them?
Bye,
Chris
