============================
Oh! Happy birthday to me. 🙂
I’m working today… I wonder how I can transform this from a regular work day to a fun birthday work day. I guess the easiest thing is to take birthday cake to my office to share with my coworkers. That would be fun except that my coworkers are in Japan! I don’t think the cake would taste very good after sending it to them… Ha ha.
When I checked Eijiro on the Web regarding this word, I noticed that it seems to be used a lot for science and math situations. In English it is also used in that sense, but it is also used in everyday conversations too. Here are some examples:
Your metabolic rate is the speed at which your body transforms food into energy.
I’m going to transform my attic room into a study.
She transformed him from a womanizer into a devoted husband and father!
The old sofa was completely transformed thanks to the new cover.
Can you use transform in a sentence?
Bye,
Chris
