There are many lovely quotes about compassion. Do you know any? I found some that I thought you might like:
“Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Without them, humanity cannot survive.” Dalai Lama
“I would rather make mistakes in kindness and compassion than work miracles in unkindness and hardness.” Mother Teresa
“Our task must be to free ourselves… by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature and its beauty.” Albert Einstein
And although this one by Aesop doesn’t use the word “compassion” it is still a great idea to remember throughout the day: “No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.”
