Oh dear!! Today’s word has been translated as a kind of “administrative
structure”, which is a correct translation, but not a very common one…

The more common usage is to describe a set of rules, usually about food,
exercise, or beauty, that people follow in order to stay healthy or attractive.
So for example the useful phrase is, “I have started a new fitness regime
to get healthy.”

People follow beauty regimes to stay attractive, and food regimes to make sure
that they eat well. Do you follow any regimes? What are they?
