In English, the word “journey” is often a metaphor for life, and so there
are many quotes about making a “journey” or reaching a goal.
Here are some that I like:

“Books are the plane, and the train, and the road. They are the destination,
and the journey. They are home.” Anna Quindlen

“It is good to have an end to journey toward; but it is the journey that matters,
in the end.” Ernest Hemingway

“I made up my mind not to care so much about the destination, and simply
