On the topic of “working smarter” if there are things that you need to do
frequently in your job or at home, it makes sense to create a routine or
system, don’t you think?

Successful businesses are often able to create systems for routine tasks
that need to be done frequently. For example, a system for answering the
telephone. A system for creating new files or a system for delivering a sales
pitch. When everyone follows the same system for things they do frequently,
it’s easier and there are usually less mistakes.

What kind of things do you do frequently, that would be easier if you had
a system for them?
