Have you heard of the NLP technique called “modelling”?
Basically it means that you choose someone who is successful
at what you want to do and then you model their behavior.

You can do this for speaking English, too. Choose an actor
whose way of speaking, mannerisms, and so on, that you
admire, and then model (copy) the way that actor speaks.

In this case, it’s good to choose an actor who is the same sex
as you.
