☆lively　活気のある

When I teach my workshops, there is always a mix
of students. There is always some lively and talkative
students, even if they are not so confident in English.

Others are more subdued or quiet, and prefer to
spend more time listening to me, than talking.
The interesting thing is that both types of students
are important for the workshops: to provide　balance.
Can you imagine if everyone was lively or if everyone
was subdued? It would be a tough workshop for everyone,
not just me!

私がワークショップを開く時、いつも様々な性格の生徒さんたちがいます。
あまり英語に自信がなくても、活気のある、おしゃべりな生徒さんがいつもいます。
そして、必ずおとなしい、落ち着いた生徒さんもいます。
この生徒さんたちは、話すことよりも聞くことが好きです。

そして面白いのは、良いワークショップには両方の生徒さんが必要なのです。
バランスをとるために。
想像してみてください。
全員が活気のある性格だったり、全員がおとなしい性格だったりしたら、私だけじゃなくて、全員がとても苦労するワークショップになりますよね！
