If you know the situation you are going to
speaking English in, then you can prepare
before you go by learning some common
expressions.

For example, if you’re going on a holiday,
then a “common phrases” guidebook can be useful.
If you have a business meeting coming up,
then you can do an Internet search for useful business expressions.

If you find some expressions that you really
like and use often, try keeping them together
in a notebook that is divided into topics that
you have decided.

In other words, create your own personal textbook
of common expressions.
This will help you remember them more easily.
