============================

An immigrant is a person who has come to live in a country from another country. So, I am an immigrant, because I was born in England, and came to live in Australia. These days, there is a lot of news about illegal immigrants. An illegal immigrant is someone who lives and works in another country, even though they do not have the legal right to do so.

In Australia, it seems like a lot of people worry that illegal immigrants and even legal immigrants will take “all the jobs” but in fact, most immigrants are willing to do the jobs that Australians don’t want to do. So, yes, they are taking jobs, but they are taking the jobs that no one else wants! How about in Japan, are illegal immigrants common? Or do most immigrants in Japan have the right visas?

Bye,
