☆  assistance 力添え

============================

If you give someone assistance, you help them do a job or task by doing some of the work for them. You can also give someone assistance by giving them information or advice. And, finally, you can give assistance by giving someone money to help them if they need it. Here are some example sentences for all three of those situations:

Our shop runs mostly with the assistance of volunteers.
She is able to walk with assistance, but she is still weak after the surgery.

My old boss offered me assistance in finding a new job when he closed our company.
Thank you so much for your assistance.

In Australia, many children get assistance from their parents to buy their first house.
The government is offering assistance up to $5,000 to new home buyers.

Can you use assistance in a sentence?

Bye,

Chris
