☆  mood swing  気分の変動

A mood swing is an extreme or rapid change of mood. For example, you might be feeling happy one minute, and then suddenly, you notice a big change in your mood – a mood swing – and you are very angry or unhappy. The most common thing about mood swings, is that there seems to be no reason for it.

When it is just a small mood swing, for example if it is a mood swing due to the ups and downs of everyday life, feeling happy, then sad, energetic, then tired, there is nothing to worry about, this is all normal. Sometimes our diet can affect the intensity of mood swings too, for me, too much coffee is not a good idea!
