☆  withdrawal  禁断症状

Withdrawal is the period of time during which you feel ill after you stop taking something, such as a drug, that you were addicted to. In fact, it doesn’t have to be an illegal drug, it could be things that we don’t really consider drugs, such as caffeine, alcohol, or even carbohydrates!!

Have you ever tried to quit carbohydrates? If you stop eating them altogether, in the first few days it is common to have flu-like symptoms, such as body aches, headaches, nasal congestion, sore throat, and even nausea! That’s a pretty tough withdrawal! It might be better just to reduce carbs, rather than cut them out completely!
