☆ divine すてきな
============================
My dictionary says that the word divine is a little “old-fashioned.” I still use it though! It is used when you want to describe your pleasure or enjoyment of something. I use it a lot to describe delicious food! For example:
This wine is divine!
I love this Camembert cheese, isn’t it divine?
It’s a bit of a stereotype, but this word is also used a lot by gay men when talking to women or other gay men. For example:
Darling, how lovely to see you! You look simply divine!
That dress is just divine!
Don’t be afraid to use this word though! It’s a simply divine word, I think!
Bye,
Chris
