Are you good at approaching people at an event?
For example, if you’re at a workshop on your own, and
there is a group of people talking near by, do you approach them?
How do you do it? Do you have a certain phrase that you
use when you get close, so that they will let you join the
conversation?

Have you ever approached some people to join in the
conversation, only to find that the conversation went silent
when you arrived? What would you do if this happened?
Would you leave or try to get the conversation going again?
