☆ bustling にぎやかな

For me, the image of buslting, is lots of people moving around in
one small area… so I think that big cities such as Tokyo,
New York, and Beijing are buslting.

Even though London is also a big city, it doesn’t seem like
a buslting city to me, because the streets are wide, and it
is usually cold so people are inside rather than outside, so
it seems less crowded!In my head, London is a great place, but
not what I would call a bustling city.

What kinds of places come to mind when you think of bustling
cities or areas?

私にとってのにぎやかなイメージは、たくさんの人が小さいエリアで動き回る感じで、東京やニューヨークや北京がにぎやかな都市だと思います。

ロンドンも大きな都会ですが、私にはにぎやかなイメージはありません。
道は広いですし、いつも寒いので、人々は外を歩くよりも中にいます。
ですからあまり混んでいないイメージなんです！
私の頭の中では、ロンドンは素晴らしい場所ですがにぎやかな都会とは呼べません。
