============================

A device is an object that has been invented for a certain purpose, for example, our smart phones are devices created to help us communicate with each other in many different ways. Unfortunately, these devices have kind of stopped us communicating with each other in person, don’t you think?

I’m definitely guilty of communicating with my device rather than in person… for example, I’d rather send a text than make a phone call. That way, I can just wait for the other person to respond when they have time. When my phone rings, I usually answer it, which can disturb my concentration, so I much prefer getting texts, too. However, I do realize using my device too much not so good for face to face communication – I think I’m forgetting how to do that! Ha ha!

How about you? Do you find it easier to communicate with your device rather than in person?

Bye,

Chris
