I recently read a statistic that said that over 70% of Australians do not like their job! That is a lot of people!! However, the problem is that those same people might have an idea for a business but are too afraid to start. They are afraid they might fail, or that their business idea is not good enough.

We often hear that people are afraid of success, too! How strange to be afraid of success – but it’s pretty common. Most people don’t want to stand out and be different from others. They are afraid that if they succeed people will notice them and they will feel inadequate.

Is that the same in Japan, that people are afraid of both failure and success?
