Meditation and slowing down, noticing our breathing is one of the best ways to bring sweetness to our lives. When we breathe in deeply, it’s impossible to feel negative. Breathe in peace, and breathe out your stress and troubles!

I found a wonderful quote by His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, “As you breathe in, cherish yourself. As you breathe out, cherish all beings.”

Can you imagine how sweet all of our lives would be if we followed this way of breathing in and breathing out all the time? I’m going to give it a try right now!
