One way to make life sweet is to incorporate – in other words, include – things that you love to do with the things you have to do. For example, I have to walk my dogs each day, but I also love running. When I wanted to train for a marathon, I decided to incorporate my short runs into my walks with the dogs. It saved time, and helped me train for the marathon, while giving the dogs a good work out, and making us all happy!
