If you speak tactfully, it means that you speak carefully and try not to offend people. My friend and her husband are currently traveling in Tokyo and she just posted the most hilarious update on Facebook. Today is their first day in Tokyo, and she must have eaten something bad on the plane I guess, because her post says that she has had “the squirts” all day!
