What does “good health” mean to you? Yesterday I introduced the quote from Buddha, about it being our duty to keep ourselves in good health, but I guess that might mean something different to everyone, right? It’s a bit ambiguous, like the word, “rich” or “happy” – everyone has their own definition or meaning for these words.
