If you are satisfied with something, you are happy because you have got what you wanted or needed. One of this week’s useful phrases is this question, “Are you satisfied at work?” This is a good question to ask a close friend, or family member, when you want to find out more about how they are feeling. You could also change “satisfied” to ask a similar, but slightly different questions:

Are you happy at work?
Are you challenged at work?
Are you respected (by your colleagues) at work?
Are you overworked at work?

What else could you ask? Can you think of another word to try instead of “satsifed”?

Bye,

Chris
